ORDER CANCELLATION, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Order Cancellation
All orders may be cancelled before we begin processing them, which usually occurs within 2–3 hours after the order is placed.
If your order has already been paid and you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the packaging or shipping process has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because our shirts are made to order, returns and exchanges will only be accepted when an issue occurs due to an error on our part.
Eligible issues include, but are not limited to:
- Damaged goods
- Incorrect item received
- Incorrect size received
If you do not receive your product within the guaranteed delivery period of 20 days, excluding the 2–5 business day processing period, you may request a refund or reshipment.
If you receive an incorrect item, you may request a replacement. Any applicable restocking fees will be waived.
We Are Not Responsible For
BadYouthTees is not responsible for:
- Orders that do not arrive due to circumstances within the customer’s control, including providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Orders delayed or undelivered because of exceptional circumstances outside the control of BadYouthTees, including customs delays, customs clearance issues, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the reasonable control of BadYouthTees
